The Dance Collective is a student organization at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities for dancers of all styles and skill ranges. This club gives students the opportunity to showcase their own choreography and perform in member-choreographed works. The Dance Collective provides a great opportunity to experience new genres of dance, grow as a performer, and make friends!

 

During the fall and spring semesters, DC offers many opportunities on top of weekly practices. This includes our midsemester showcase, promotional classes, bake sales, and our end-of-semester performance at the Saint Paul Student Center! 

 

The Dance Collective is a group that is open to ALL dancers, regardless of previous experience. To us, that means creating a safe space for all people to express themselves through the art of dance. We wish to welcome dancers, both old and new, to a space where they are able to dance with people of all different backgrounds.
